Stanley Tools Champions House of Heroes

Thank you to our friends at Stanley Black & Decker for helping House of Heroes Connecticut grow! CEO John Lundgren, his wife Tamara and VP of Communications Tim Perra presented HOHCT Board members and supporters with a $50,000 donation. This is the start of a longterm partnership to support CT veterans with Stanley funding, tools and employee volunteers. This year, five veterans have been honored in the towns of New Britain, Plainville and Southington with more home projects to come this fall. Stanley Black & Decker graciously hosted HOHCT veterans and volunteers at a recent New Britain Rock Cats game. HOH honored guests included LTC (ret. USMC) Mike Zacchea and MSG Johnathan Braca of the US Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment. See more in gallery.
